Do you reduce shipping charges if I buy more than one item?
Yes we do. Email us before placing your order and we will quote you new shipping charges. Please indicate which items you would like the quote for. All items must be paid in one transaction for reduced shipping to apply.

Are the items you sell new or used?
The majority of our items are used. Most are in like-new condition but if there is any wear-and-tear, it will be noted in the description of the item. It will be stated in the listing whether it is "new" or "used".

How long before you ship?
We normally ship 1-3 business days after receiving your cleared payment. If for some reason there is a delay we will notify you by e-mail or phone if necessary.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards securely through PayPal or Google check out.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship to US Mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii via The United States Postal Service. I'm sorry at this time we cannot ship international.

What is your refund policy?
All purchases are final and there are no returns unless we make a mistake in representing the product.
